  • Down payment: $100 per half (balance due at pickup)
  • Expect the volume of a half hog in packages to fill a laundry basket
  • Near butcher time, customers phone the butcher to give cutting instructions and arrange for pickup
  • The butchers we work with are very accommodating and will generally process and package the pork however you wish: bacon, fresh side, pork roasts, pork steaks, pork tenderloin, pork chops, jowl bacon, spare ribs, ham roasts, ham steaks, smoked hocks, bratwurst, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, pepperoni, polish sausage, and more! You can even have a whole animal turned into pulled pork!
