Fresh. Local. Easy.

Customizable farm shares delivered to your door.

It’s like a trip to the farmers market—in one box.

  • The Market Box

This fully customizable farm share box features the full diversity of our farm offerings, as well as a wide variety of products from like-minded producers throughout the region. Members can fill their boxes with produce, meats, eggs, dairy products, grains, honey, maple syrup, ferments, and more. It’s like a trip to the farmers market—all in one farm share box!

  • The Egg Add-On

If eggs are a staple in your kitchen, this add-on is for you. The egg add-on guarantees that you will receive a dozen (or more, if you'd like) of our pasture-raised, hand-gathered eggs in every box. Our happy hens spend their time foraging in the pasture, hunting down insects, and laying great-tasting eggs with brown shells and deep orange yolks.

  • The Cheese Add-On

While you can always put cheese in your market box, the cheese add-on is for the certified cheese lovers who know they want cheese with every delivery. With the cheese add-on, members receive a farmer's choice block of raw milk cheese--made by our neighbors down the road at Hufford Family Dairy--in every box.

Fresh from the farm(s).

Our fully customizable farm shares allow you to enjoy top quality groceries while supporting a growing number of local farmers and food artisans.

How It Works

  • You customize your share.

Each week, we’ll pre-fill your online cart with seasonal items based on your preferences and past orders. Then it's up to you to add and remove items until you've built your perfect box. And if you don't want a delivery that week--just skip it!

  • We gather your order.

After the share customization window closes, we send orders to our partner producers and then head out to the field for our own harvest so everything is as fresh as can be.

  • We deliver your farm share.

If you've opted to pick up your share, head on over to your pre-selected location during the pickup window. If you've chosen home delivery, just wait for a friendly knock on your door! If you won't be home, simply leave a cooler with cold packs outside and our driver will make sure your order stays fresh until you return.

  • You enjoy your farm fresh food!

Now it's time to get cooking! We hope you'll let us know all about your favorite meals made with farm share ingredients. Tag us on social media or send us a quick email. We love to hear what our members are making.

 FAQs

  • We encourage people not to feel “boxed in” by share size. The box size is simply a minimum order amount for a delivery. So, if you sign up for a $45 box you are committing to purchasing at least $45 worth of products per delivery. You may add as many items as you would like to your box, though, so you are not limited to that amount. Generally, we recommend that people start at the regular size. If it ends up being too little food, you can always purchase extra products beyond the base value of the box and/or change to the large size share for the next delivery. If it ends up being too much food, you can switch to a small share and/or change your delivery schedule so you aren’t receiving a box when you don’t need one.

  • Absolutely not. Skip as many deliveries as you’d like.

  • If you will not be home during the delivery window, please leave a cooler (with cold packs) outside your door. Our delivery driver will place your order in the cooler to keep it fresh until you return home.

Who’s your farmer?

Meet Jeff and Zach Hawkins, third- and fourth-generation farmers on Hawkins Family Farm. Located in Wabash County, IN, the farm has been in the Hawkins family since Jeff’s grandparents bought it in 1957. Jeff started our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, also known as farm share, back in 2003. We’ve been a CSA farm for over 20 years because we believe in the importance of knowing your farmers and the source of your food.
